Site rules

Since our main target is to give the possibility to start meaningful discussions on Information Technology questions, we have a set of rules that you must follow. If you break certain rules, you will get a reprimand. If you are stubborn in breaking them, you are to be banned. PS: and it doesn't matter how may posts  you have written and threads you have started.

What is expected of me?

We expect of our members to be polite, civilized, and, certainly, helpful. Again, breaking rules is not good.

We expect that you respect all decisions made by our moderators. Rest assured that we want to be impartial. Any kind of arguing or harassment of any moderator regarding infractions will lead to the termination of your account.

PS: In case you post repetitive negative comments, which do not bring valuable or interesting information, we may fully terminate your account.

Is it really necessary for me to start a new thread?

Surely, we want our members to start as many threads as they wish / can. At the same time, starting a new threads on an old topic is not appreciated. What if someone has already posted the same thing? You are welcome to use the Search that is located in the top-right corner.

What if I experience a problem with some other member of ComputerForum.eu?

We want to report such forum users as soon as possible. Use admin's email to report breaking of rules. Additionally, if logged in, you will see the Report button under each message – use it freely in case some message should be deleted.

We ask you to do not participate in any hostile direct confrontation with any other members of ComputerForum.eu. We want it to be a good place to share an opinion.

What if I saw a spam message?

Do NOT respond to that message. Do NOT follow any external links that lead to some website from that post/threads.
